This accessibility statement applies to the website burga.de, including all of its subdomains (the “Website”).
The website is operated by UAB “Hautica" (legal entity code: 304140967; registered office address: Gaiziunu St. 5-311, Kaunas, LT-50129, Lithuania; e-mail: hello@burga.com) (hereinafter referred to as the Company). The Company aims to ensure that the Website operated by it is as accessible as possible to all users, regardless of their individual abilities, disabilities or the technology used.
In order to ensure digital accessibility, the Company has implemented an automated accessibility solution on the Website provided by the EqualWeb platform. This tool has been implemented in order to make the Website as compliant as possible with WCAG 2.2 (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) Level AA standards.
The use of EqualWeb's Automatic Accessibility Tool is based on the ”As Is" principle and is integrated into the Website according to the terms and conditions set by the service provider. This means that while the solution significantly improves the accessibility of the website, there may be some inconsistencies which will be addressed gradually, taking into account user feedback and technical feasibility.
